Our client is a Nicosia based boutique Financial Advisory Services provider.
On behalf of our client we are seeking to recruit for a number of junior positions:
Junior Compliance Officers
Junior CYSEC Licensing Assistants
Junior Corporate Administrators
Junior Internal Auditors
Junior Banking Administrators
General Duties & Responsibilities for the above positions:
You will be receiving training on carrying out the following tasks:
· Receive training on how to follow CYSEC’s circulars and develop and periodically review and update Standards of Conduct to ensure continuing currency and relevance in providing guidance to employees
· Receive training on how to prepare/Review and submit compliance reports to CYSEC
· Assist with the monitoring of the clients’ departments and check that policies are being followed
· Assist with the licensing application process of a CIF
· Assist with the preparation and execution of corporate documents
· Assist with the registration and management of Cyprus and overseas entities
· Participate at Internal Audit visits to Clients
· Assist with the opening of bank accounts in Cyprus and overseas
Requirements:
· University Degree in Law or Economics or Finance or relevant preferably from a UK University
· Some Previous experience in Compliance within a CIF an advantage
· Fluent in English
· Very well organized with attention to detail
· Very well developed communicating skills
