Job Description

CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an international company operating in the Corporate and Management Services Sector with offices in Nicosia, we are seeking to recruit a Compensation & Benefits Officer to join their expanding team of professionals.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:
 

  • Processing payroll related information (i.e. Prepare and control monthly instruction files).
  • Have direct communication with the payroll provider as well as coordinate related timeframes.
  • Be the first point of contact for staff queries on compensation matters.
  • Have the responsibility to meet all the related timelines.
  • Dealing with HR Administrative documents, time management related matters and HR processes.
  • Work closely with HR Business Partners to implement Compensation schemes, processes and policies.
  • Handle low performing campaigns proactively with the aim of improving their performance.
  • Work closely with Affiliates and monitor their performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with financial market events, news and developments.
  • Observe and remain up-to-date with competitors’ campaigns and promotions.
  • Work and collaborate closely with other departments.

 
Key Skills/Experience:

  • University degree in Business and/or other related field.
  • Minimum 2 to 4 years previous working experience in a similar role.
  • Have a fair knowledge of payroll related legislation for a number of countries.
  • Fluent in verbal and written English, French language will be considered as an advantage.
  • Process oriented individual, with the ability to demonstrate high integrity and ethics.
  • Able to combine a large autonomy with the necessary attention to detail.
  • Very good Computer skills – Windows, Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong team spirit.
