Job Description

The Reception/Mailing/Payments administrator is responsible for preparing all claims related payments. At GAN Direct we promise our customers that we will settle any claim within 24hrs therefore the role is critical, and the Payments Administrator shall follow strict deadlines in meeting the company promise. The appointed member provides assistance to departmental heads or managers with administration duties, as required and is responsible for ensuring that all mailing/emailing related tasks are handled following the Company’s and Customer Service Department’s Procedures. As a Reception/Mailing/Payments Administrator, you will be:

  • Creating and maintaining claim files
  • Preparing, photocopying and distributing correspondence relating to claims activity.
  • Preparing claims payments related reports
  • Receiving and settling invoices
  • Managing conference room bookings
  • Answering phone calls
  • Distributing incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Distributing incoming and outgoing faxes
  • Participating in training and coaching sessions for continuous learning and development

Requirements:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Secretarial studies or related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek
  • Computer literacy (MS Office:  Word, Excel, Power Point etc.)
  • Energetic, enthusiastic and pleasant personality
  • Telephone etiquette and good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and multi-tasking
