The Claims Internal Assessor is responsible for reviewing and analysing claims. Performing internal assessments for property and motor claims and/ or assigning assessments to external assessors. The ideal Assessor’s profile requires a combination of emotional intelligence and technical skills with strong knowledge regarding the assessment of a claim’s value. As a Claims Internal Assessor, you will be:

• Performing detailed assessments for damaged property / vehicles
• Assisting customers in need
• Preparing claim folders
• Inputting data into claims systems and ensuring that all necessary documentation is included in the claim folder
• Liaising with service providers, monitoring and evaluating service levels
• Liaising with clients and their representatives and third parties
• Participating in training and coaching sessions for continuous learning and development

Requirements:

• University degree in Automotive Engineering or related field studies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek
• Computer literacy (MS Office:  Word, Excel, Power Point etc.)
• Ability to work effectively, efficiently and to embrace changes involving technology
• Excellent interpersonal skills and pleasant personality
• Ability to work under pressure
• Active listening and critical thinking
• Sound judgment and attention to detail
• Self-discipline and able to meet deadlines
• Patient and able to deal with difficult customers and respond to technical questions
• Good judgment showing logical decision making, and a “hands on” approach
