The Body Shop is currently recruiting for a Store Manager at our Limassol store in Anexartisias Street. The successful candidate will be expected to engage with customers, build rapport, driving brand awareness, assisting in finding solutions to client’s needs and promoting a positive image for The Body Shop. The candidates must be bi lingual in English and Greek (Russian will be considered an advantage).
Job Responsibilities:
- Present products to clients with sales aspect and enthusiastic approach in accordance with the company specifications and guidelines
- Team leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Efficient, organized and structured
- Attend necessary product and staff training seminars when required both in Cyprus and abroad
- Excellent customer service skills
- Computer literate
- Generating of reports and target awareness
- Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships
- Enjoy working as part of a team
- Have passion for the Health & Beauty Industry
- Experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage
- Education within the beauty and/or cosmetic industry will also be considered an advantage

Καθήκοντα και υποχρεώσεις:
- Προώθηση των προϊόντων στους πελάτες πάντα ακολουθώντας τους κανόνες της εταιρίας
- Απαραίτητες άριστες δεξιότητες διοίκησης προσωπικού
- Ικανότητα παραγωγικής εργασίας κάτω απο συνθήκες πίεσης
- Παρακολούθηση σεμιναρίων της εταιρείας στην Κύπρο ή/και στο εξωτερικό
- Άριστες ικανότητες εξυπηρέτησης πελατών
- Καλή γνώση της τεχνολογίας / ικανότητα χρήσης ηλεκτρονικού υπολογιστή
- Ικανότητα δημιουργίας αναλυτικών εκθέσεων προόδου καθώς και επιτήρηση και επίτευξη οικονομικών στόχων
- Ικανότητα δημιουργίας και διατήρησης άρτιων συνθηκών εργασίας
- Ικανότητα ομαδικής εργασίας
- Να έχει πάθος για τον τομέα Υγείας και Ομορφιάς
- Εμπειρία στο χώρο των πωλήσεων θα θεωρηθεί σαν επιπρόσθετο προσόν
