Job Responsibilities:
•Assisting customers to open accounts and with queries regarding trading
•Client communication via telephone or email
•Develop and maintain strong client relationship
•Focus on providing premium customer service
•Approach challenges in a professional manner and achieves defined targets
•Understanding the client’s needs in order to provide the required support
Requirements:
•At least 1 year of experience in Retention / Sales within the Forex industry
•Excellent sales and communication
skills
•Fluency in English
•Other languages such as German, Danish, Italian or Spanish will be an advantage
