Our client is a newly established company licensed for operating AIF (Alterantive Investment Fund). On behalf of our client we are looking for an Investment Fund Administrator to join its professional team in Nicosia.
Functions and Responsibilities:
· Lead the team responsible for the operational set-up and day-to-day management and reporting of the investment funds;
· Develop document turnover and reporting system of the funds and provide maintenance of appropriate records as required by relevant legislation;
· Establish and maintain investor relationship system;
· Communicate and coordinate with providers of internal and external services, such as bankers, brokers, execution agents, investments managers, risk managers, compliance officers, lawyers, accountants, IT specialists and other counterparties in order to ensure the well-functioning of the funds in accordance with the Fund investor’ requirements.
Relevant experience as Fund Specialist /Fund Manager /Fund Administrator /Fund Compliance Specialist /Risk Manager or at similar position.
· University Degree related to Management/Finance/Economics.
· CySEC Advanced Certificate an advantage but not a requirement.
· Postgraduate Academic or Professional Accounting Qualifications in relevant fields is an advantage
· Eligibility to work in Cyprus.
· Fluency in Greek and English. Knowledge of other languages is considered as advantage.
