Job Description

Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data

Organize and maintain updated personnel files to be kept confidential and secure

Ensure the office premises are kept in good condition and necessary maintenance and repairs are performed as required. 

Oversee absences 

PA to the Director 

Assist with payroll 

Prepare package of documents to be signed by new and leaving employees

Provide support with regard to migration procedures for new foreign employees

Plan corporate events

Provide support to senior management on ad-hoc tasks and activities 

Assist colleagues whenever necessary

Required Qualifications

Prefered 2 years proven experience in a similar role

Confident user of MS Office and Google products

Ability to analyze and solve problems

Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask

Must have a vehicle

Must be able to carry out tasks with minimal supervision

Previous migration experience would be an advantage
