Personal secretary

Job Description:

- Acting as a point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls

- Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, controlling access to the Director

- Reminding the director of important tasks and deadlines

- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation

- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence

- Managing databases and filing systems

- Organising events and conferences

- Implementing and maintaining procedures liaising with staff, suppliers and clients, collating and filing expenses

- Miscellaneous director support tasksΒ 

Required Qualifications

Requirements:

- Immaculate knowledge of MS Office and office management software

- Qualifications in secretarial studies will be considered an advantage

- High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field will be considered an advantage

- Fluency in English and Greek

- Knowledge of Russian will be considered an advantage Remuneration and social package available depending on qualifications and experience.
