Our client is looking for a talented and passionate Spa Therapist to contribute to the success of a Spa. This role is to provide a truly memorable Spa experience for the guest fulfilling the duties as a Therapist.
Main Responsibilities:
- Perform spa treatments to a high standard.
- It is the responsibility of the Spa Therapist to ensure that we deliver special, individual and unique service to all guests in the Spa
- It is the Spa Therapists responsibility to ensure highest level of comfort and service and create a genuine, warm and welcoming environment for our guests
- The Therapist will require a high level of social skills and the ability to take responsibility for the customer service in the spa
- Actively support the spa, treatments, services and retail, in addition to programs, promotions and/or discounts obtainable
- Ensures the treatment rooms are kept clean and tidy at all times.
- Ensures a peaceful and calm ambience within the treatment rooms though the correct room temperature, tranquil music as per guests.
Competencies:
- Excellent knowledge on massage and spa treatments
- Previous experience in a similar capacity in a luxury hotel or Day Spa will be considered as an advantage
- Good Working Knowledge of Beauty/Spa Products
- Dependability-Adaptability/Flexibility, Team player, Pleasing personality, Confident
- Self-Motivated, Patient & Kind, Energetic
- Basic knowledge of the English language
- For this position, a basic knowledge of Russian language is beneficial
Annual Earnings: 10.000-20.000 (Depend on experience)
