Display Performance Marketing Lead

The performance marketing team’s purpose is to grow the company’s customer base in a scalable, data-driven and cost-efficient manner. We achieve our purpose by diligently collaborating across functional teams such as engineering and IT to communicate the value of our product and ultimately deliver a frictionless onboarding experience for our customers. The Display Performance Marketing Lead will be responsible for strategizing, building/scaling, optimising, reporting and recommending new initiatives for specific channels. This role reports directly into the Head of Performance Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for global display, native  and mobile performance media management cycle: Planning, setup, day-to-day optimisation and reporting

  • Non-traditional paid traffic performance media types, such as pop ads, domain redirects, push notifications, etc

  • Setup retargeting and audience segmentation strategies

  • Responsible for setting up ad-tracking and tagging through GTM

  • Performance analysis and budget recommendations

  • Provide best practice guidelines for internal and external stakeholders, including but limited to video, design, content, etc

  • Work with stakeholders to forecast, set growth targets and create marketing plans to meet targets

  • Leverage internal/external data and analytics to conceptualise, build and deliver effective campaigns though right media channel

  • Partner with engineering, IT and other departments to deliver the right message at the right time to the right customers for a frictionless experience

  • Lead and drive A/B, multivariate and other initiatives to optimize performance

  • Provide actionable performance insights and recommendation

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of solid hands-on global digital user acquisition experience

  • Expertise in programmatic media buying and adwords

  • Proven record of experience on DSP (Doubleclick Bid Manager, The Trading Desk, Mediamath) and adwords

  • Experience with Pop Ads, Domain Redirects, push notifications and other performance media types a huge plus

  • Experience with a DMP is a plus

  • Good understanding of Google Stack, including DCM, DBM, GTM and GA

  • Excellent understanding of ad-tracking and experience running ROI driven campaigns

  • Programming knowledge/mindset is a plus
