Our client is a Luxury Developer in Cyprus providing a selection of exclusive properties and property services and are looking to recruit a Project Manager (Construction) to manage one of their projects a high rise building of 25 floors and a number of other projects.
Duties:
Creating a comprehensive work plan related to the projects, planning and organizing the project activities, on-site management, working with the projects' subcontractors, coordination with the contractors' team, communication with all company's departments involved in projects, monitoring building progress, etc.
