Our client, a Construction & Developments Company located in Limassol, is looking to hire an Architect.
Requirements:
- Architectural design
- Preparation of Town Planning / Building License
- Design of construction projects
- Creation of 3D models, Photorealism
- Coordination and Project Management during design and construction
Requirements:
- Relevant Degree
- At least 2 years of experience at a similar role
- Experiemce in implementing and managing projects
- The candidate must be registered at ETEK.
- Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD and 2D
- Excellent knowledge of Revit
- Knowledge of Environmental Regulations
- 3D Renderings
- Microsoft Office
