The successful candidate will be a university graduate with a degree relevant to the Financial Services market, and be prepared to work shifts.
Main duties and responsibilities:
• Monitoring of the operation of trading platforms.
• Reviewing Client accounts and comment on Trading Activity.
• Spotting Abusive Trading Behavior.
• Keeping up to date with market news.
• Resolving client queries and providing support when needed.
• Following company Dealing Procedures.
• Submitting reports to brokerage and other departments.
• Participating in new Projects and report to the management.
• Prepare Reports requested from the management.
• Undertake any project requested from management.
The ideal candidate will have:
• A University Degree relevant to Financial Markets (Economics/Mathematics/Business Management/Finance etc.)
• CySEC certification either Basic or Advanced would be advantageous.
• Fluency in English.
• Flexibility to work shifts (including night shifts).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Previous experience in Forex Industry would be favorable.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel
• High Analytical skills
