We are Limassol based Cryptocurrency B2B Technology Provider.Currently seeking to recruit for the position of a Customer Support Agent.

Job Description

  • Provide online support to clients via email, live chat and telephone
  • Obtains and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries correctly
    •  Responds promptly to customer inquiries, handling and resolving them accordingly
    •  Records details of all inquiries of the clients
    •  Communicates and coordinates issues with other departments
    •  Directs requests and unresolved issues to the relevant department
    •  Assists new clients with on boarding process
    • Provides client with relevant information regarding the website, web platform and Back Office
