CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a recently established and rapidly expanding Financial Services company with offices in the heart of Limassol, we are seeking to recruit a suitably well-qualified and experienced Finance Analyst to join their team.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Define financial situation by completing quantitative analyses.
- Prepare financial reports by collecting, formatting, analyzing, and explaining information.
- Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, expenses and capital expenditures.
- Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance.
- Oversees and manages the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modelling tools.
- Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis.
- Quarterly and Monthly Financial reports.
- Implement and work with daily dashboard reports and ad-hoc reports from subsidiaries.
- Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives.
- Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes.
- Participate in preparing presentations to Board of Directors.
- Evaluate optional plans by identifying outcomes and potential returns.
- Value assets by appraising current condition and assessing potential.
- Build financial database by identifying sources of information; assembling, verifying, and backing up data.
- Recommend financial actions by assessing options in relation to organization goals.
- Protect operations by keeping financial information confidential.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA highly preferred.
- 3+ years experience as Manager or Analyst in Financial Planning and Analysis.
- Strong leadership skills required. Experience in banking or micro lending industry preferred.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized.
- Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated.
- Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on management capacity.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong verbal and written English languages is a must, knowledge of Russian will be preferred.
