We are looking for a professional real estate agent. Real estate agent responsibilities include advertising, consulting, marketing listings and providing guidance to buyers and sellers.
THE POSITION
The successful candidate will report directly to the CEO. Candidate will be part of the sales/advertising team and be responsible for the advertising residential properties in Cyprus.
REQUIREMENTS
- Generate client leads to buy properties;
- Remote consulting to potential buyers of the property;
- Consulting in Cyprus Investment program;
- Show properties to the potential buyer;
- Create lists for real estate sale properties, with information location, features, square footage;
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value;
- Result orientation;
- Progressing deals to completion;
- Monitor, analyze and record the current market needs and local competition;
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters;
- Ensuring that data is accurately entered to the company’ CRM.
- Eligibility to work in Cyprus: EU citizen/spouse to EU citizen;
- Native Russian and excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written;
- Working experience as a real estate salesperson;
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills;
- Proven track of successful sales record;
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of the Greek language will be considered an advantage.
