MAIN DUTIES
- Personal assistant to the Director of the Law office
· Office administration
· Day-to-day liaising with Registrar of Companies, Immigration, Land Registry, banks etc. including completion and submission of required forms and applications.
- Documents flow including dispatch of documents via international/local couriers.
- Certification, apostil and legalization of documents.
- Other work related to the position
1) Law degree is an advantage
2) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook etc).
3) Spoken and written English & Russian (native), Greek is an advantage.
4) Work permit
5) Driving license is obligatory
