The Internship:

As part of our exhilarating development plans for 2019, we are currently looking for a Interns in the fields of Business, Advertising, Marketing, Management, and/ or Administration. This position is responsible for planning, managing and organizing related issues for the firm. You will be in charge of the administration of the company.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

·         Administrative Assistance

o   Answering phones and emails and anything requires administration

·         Marketing Campaign Assistance: creating different marketing and advertising strategic campaigns for:

o   UMC Consultancy Group Ltd

o   UMC Center Cyprus

o   HIC

o   Beirut Lebanese Kitchen

·         Provide weekly reports and daily progress reports.

  • Collaborate with TEAM to create a strategy for UMC and others.
  • Create project budgets and timelines
Required Qualifications

Qualifications Requirements

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in administration.
  • Business and or any other related field (degree or qualification).
  • Ideally, experience working in a business setting.
  • Outstanding administrative skills as well as the ability to contribute with ideas.
  • You demonstrate a willingness to deal with senior business managers in the company.
  • Dedicated and hardworking individual, who enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Outstanding communication skills at all levels.
  • Desire and commitment to "make a difference".
  • Very strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Technically proficient in the use of MICROSOFT OFFICE.
  • Independent, self-motivated, good interpersonal and influencing skills, strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Fluent in English is essential (you may need to be tested in this area).

Hours of Work and Days:

Since this is an unpaid internship the hours and days are divided as follows:
M, W, and F
9 am till 5 pm with half an hour of break.
Either at 12.00 or 12.30 (Choose)
T, Th, and Sat (Will be awarded meal from BLK)
9 am till 5 pm with half an hour of break.
Either at 12.00 or 12.30 (Choose)
