Duties:
- Dealing directly with company’s clients inquires via live chat, email and telephone
- Handling calls and incoming requests from company’s clients
- Coordinating with company’s relevant departments to properly and effectively assist clients
- Informing the clients about company’s KYC procedures
· Native English speaker level is a must
· 1+ years’ experience in customer support with online B2B companies
· Strong communication skills
· Excellent computer skills; savvy with new CRM programs and MS Office (Excel)
· Excellent attention to detail; accurate and efficient with data entry
· Devoted to give excellent customer care
