Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Organizing of meetings.
- Time/diary management.
- Organizing correspondence and following up on pending matters with limited direction.
- Responding to urgent requests.
- Organizing and preparing documents, preparation of meeting and board papers.
- Coordinating and booking travel arrangements.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Ideally educated to degree level in Business Administration or related field.
- At least 3 years’ experience as a PA is essential.
- Exceptional computer literacy.
- Highly developed organizational skills.
- Initiative.
- Maturity to handle a range of situations.
- An ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English.
- Loyalty and a high level of confidentiality.
