Job Description

CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a highly prestigious, International company with offices in the heart of Limassol, we are seeking to recruit a highly organised and capable Front-Office Administrator to join their expanding team of professionals.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:
 

  • Provide Front desk reception duties for the office which includes handling of all phone calls and manage internal & external customers timely and professionally.
  • Receive and greet all visitors in a professional and warm manner.
  • Collect and distribute all incoming mail and courier items.
  • Arranging couriers and accepting and dealing with deliveries.
  • Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments.
  • Setting up board room, lunches and preparing tea/coffee for the Managing Director daily and for guests and visitors of the company. 
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc.
  • Make full travel arrangements.
  • Source office supplies and responsible for petty cash payments.
  • Develop and maintain a tracking system on all incoming & outgoing mails for the office.
  • Assist in the coordination of company functions/events, plan and setup of conference rooms and meetings.
  • Assist in any duties, general office administration, projects and activities as and when required.

 
Key Skills/Experience:
 

  • Diploma in Secretarial Studies or/and Office Administration.
  • Excellent command of English and Greek.
  • Possess courteous professional image and excellent phone mannerism.
  • Solid analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational, drafting and communication skills.
  • Computer literate, working knowledge and experience of MS office (Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications is highly preferred).
  • Team player and proactive in terms of taking the initiative to perform tasks as required.
  • Trustworthy, reliable, time conscious, ability to multitask.
