Job Description

Our company is looking for a candidate to join our Back Office team for a fixed term contract of up to 7 months (until May 2019 including). 

Training will be provided for the role therefore experience on a similar position is not necessary. However, a background which proves the required skills listed before will be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

 Opening client accounts in the company systems upon reviewing the KYC documentation in line with the Company’s policies and procedures

 Accurately recording clients’ information and documents in the Company’s record systems

 Preparation of management reports

 Data entry, translations

 Other ad-hoc duties as per managements’ request

The ideal candidate will prove the following skills:

 Fluent in English (+ additional language an advantage)

 Great communication skills

 Integrity, discreteness, trustworthiness and reliability

 Paying attention to detail, proactive character

 Willingness to learn and grow
