Our company is looking for a candidate to join our Back Office team for a fixed term contract of up to 7 months (until May 2019 including).
Training will be provided for the role therefore experience on a similar position is not necessary. However, a background which proves the required skills listed before will be an advantage.
Responsibilities:
Opening client accounts in the company systems upon reviewing the KYC documentation in line with the Company’s policies and procedures
Accurately recording clients’ information and documents in the Company’s record systems
Preparation of management reports
Data entry, translations
Other ad-hoc duties as per managements’ request
The ideal candidate will prove the following skills:
Fluent in English (+ additional language an advantage)
Great communication skills
Integrity, discreteness, trustworthiness and reliability
