Job Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming environment by greeting and approaching clients in Store
- Apply makeup
- Exceed customer expectations by providing assistance with a positive attitude
- Recommend products based on excellent product knowledge and customer preferences
- Attention to detail
- Perform excellently in gift wrapping and other detailed tasks including merchandising
- Educate self and others on products
- Demonstrate timely follow-up and follow-through on customer requests and commitments
- Demonstrate teamwork and collaboration
- Adhere and adapt to guidelines and quality standards
- Initiative and ability in customer service
Job Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills
- Motivated in results driven
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously
- Previous retail experience preferred
- Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English languages. Knowledge of the Russian language would be considered as an advantage
