Limassol-based Enesel Limited, presently managing a fleet of 14 very large, eco-design container vessels, has an opening for a full-time Accountant to join the team. The successful applicant is expected to hold a BS degree in Finance or Accounting from a recognized University, has solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles, with at least 5 years bookkeeping experience, a good knowledge of applying the CY VAT Legislation to the company and good understanding and handling of Cyprus Tax Law, Payroll and Labor issues. Main scope of position includes:-
• General bookkeeping duties
• Preparation of company’s VAT according to Cyprus law
• Payroll/Tax calculations
• Monitoring and recording financial transactions according to company policies and regulations
• Follow up & control of expenses
