Our client, a leading IT Technology company is looking to recruit a Presales Engineer for their offices in Nicosia. The successful candidate will be able to function as part of a dynamic team of specialists, able to deliver high quality material, often within tight deadlines. Should be able to transfer technical and product knowledge to customers via good written, verbal and presentation skills.
SKILLS / ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED
- Attend meetings with potential customers to determine technical and business requirements
- Ability to present/demonstrate products to customers
- Prepare the responses for Request for Information or Request for Proposals
- Communicate with Vendors to get clarifications on the technical aspect of products under company’s portfolio.
- Be the liaison between technical and sales departments for the preparation of proposals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English language.
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work with deadlines and cope with the consequent pressure
- Energetic and enthusiastic
- Self-confident and Self-motivated
- Team-working
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. A Master’s degree in a related field will be considered an advantage.
- Any technical certification will be considered as a strong advantage.
- Experience on similar position/role will be considered as a strong advantage.
