About the job

Great opportunity to join an international team and to become front facing client support in terms of merchant assistance, with strong customer service experience and good skills in customer support on a B2B corporate level and to become an ambassador of Cardpay’s flagship products becoming an expert in all things payments. You will be reporting directly to Head of Partnerships and Account Management.

What Challenges you will focus on:

  • Maintaining always high levels of understanding of Online Payments and other related payment systems, services and products of Cardpay.
  • Liaising with R&D/IT, Risk and AML/Compliance, Legal teams as well as other internal departments in order to effectively respond to merchants’ inquiries and concerns, and to communicate feedback on customer issues related to merchant support.
  • Providing merchants/clients with superior and professional service, support and follow-up for operational requests as well as for more complex queries related to merchant accounts.
  • Display a strong understanding of each client’s business model  in order to effectively assist with merchant account related queries.
Required Qualifications

Your experience and mind set:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in an customer support, or complex enterprise software, technical infrastructure or financial services (specifically payments) role.
  • Experience in the payments industry is desired and will be considered as an advantage
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English + Russian or other languages (Russian and English would be an advantage).
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships at all levels of management, both inside and outside of Cardpay.
  • Driven by the results and capacity for innovation in the payments space, and passionate in your willingness to create value.
  • Comfortable and experienced in B2B environment from either payment service provider/acquirer or merchant side.
  • A self-standing associate with the ability to lead and manage time-sensitive, cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial environment with little supervision.
