Job Description

VP Customer Support

EuropeFX is now expanding its team and is seeking to recruit VIP Customer Support Manager to join us in our Limassol offices. The successful candidate will be a member of the management team and will share the responsibility of implementing the company’s strategy with a firm focus on developing the customer support team. This is an excellent career opportunity for individuals with solid experience in the financial field and strong leadership skills.

Prior experience for at least 2 years in a similar role it's a must!

Required Qualifications
  • A minimum two years previous experience in a Head of Customer Support role in the financial/ FX industry will be essential for successful candidates
  • Fluency in English (other additional languages will be considered advantageous specifically German, Italian)
  • A university degree in Finance/ Economics/ Banking/ Business Administration or a related field will be viewed as an advantage
  • Basic or Advanced CySEC examination will be considered an advantage
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  •    Passionate and self – motivated to achieve personal, team and corporate objectives
Other Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Organization and coordination of Customer Support Department workflows;
  • Reviewing and updating existing KYC, AML and Risk Management procedures, in close cooperation with the company's Compliance Department;
  • Work closely with the management team to align customer service department policies and systems with the company's objectives;
  • Oversee group customer support department and ensure effective and long-term problem resolution;
  • Develop and implement procedures pertinent to the effective and efficient running of the Customer Service Departments;
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle client inquiries correctly;
  • Introducing, presenting and promoting the company's products and services;
