Assistant of Sales Department 

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Search for properties 
• Uploading and Updating properties on the website
• Photo / video shoots of properties
• Managing relationships with landlords (agency contracts, reports, feedbacks from viewings etc.)
• Professionally perform property viewing trips
• Advise clients on best investment opportunities
• Generate client leads to buy properties
• Ensuring that data is accurately entered to the company’ CRM
• Remote consulting to potential buyers of the property
