We are currently seeking to employ a motivated candidate for the position of Secretary/Office Manager for a Medical Practice in Limassol. The duties and job responsibilities in general are those of a medical practice manager/secretary.
More specifically:
Job description
· Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
· Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
· Preparing, organising and collating patients files
· Managing patient databases
· Booking operating theatre lists
· Checking and ordering consumables for the practice
· Maintaining order and cleanliness
· Acting as a receptionist - Meeting and greeting patients in a friendly fashion
· Providing assistance to the physician
· Logging and processing bills and expenses
· Typing reports and letters
· E-mail communication
Qualifications and requirements:
· Polite, good-natured and well-mannered
· Fluency in English and Greek
· Typing skills
· Computer literate in Excel, Word. Apple-Mac knowledge will be considered an asset
· Presentable and well-groomed
· Previous training or academic degree as a beauty therapist or nurse will be considered an asset
