Job Description

CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a rapidly expanding and highly innovative Information Technology company, we are seeking to recruit an experienced and suitably qualified Marketing & Communications Manager to join their team of professionals based in Limassol.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:
 

  • Producing and updating marketing materials to support the sales and business development team.
  • To work closely with CEO and other internal stakeholders on development of messaging and announcements to the community.
  • Develop and maintain a communications plan, manage announcements and news releases throughout multiple channels (brand’s own and third party).
  • To co-ordinate the development and enhancements of the Brand website in line with brand guidelines, messaging and long-term strategy requirements.
  • To run effective marketing campaigns which deliver the brand’s key messages, USPs, and brand collateral to the target channels and industry sectors.
  • To position the Brand as an authority within our industry.
  • Work closely with other team members on development and implementation of digital marketing and social media campaigns.
  • To work collaboratively with a diverse staff team to create and manage cross-organisational, integrated marketing strategies
  • To act as a key representative/ambassador at relevant events as required.
  • To liaise with PR agency, media, bloggers and influencers to establish stronger visibility of the brand.

 
Key Skills/Experience:
 

  • Educated to degree level in English, media studies, marketing, communications studies, journalism or related fields.
  • Strong and demonstrable marketing experience is essential.
  • Proven experience in writing professional web and marketing copy, with the ability to produce compelling and optimised copy while maintaining brand messaging, persuasiveness and readability.
  • Proven listening, negotiating and influencing skills.
  • Excellent communications skills, with a solid knowledge of English grammar and the ability to present ideas in a clear and concise way, both verbally and in writing.
  • Analytical, with the ability to interpret information, news, data and research quickly – and distil the most important/relevant information to inform unique and innovative new content and creation ideas.
  • Strong understanding and interest in modern technology trends.
  • Blogging experience within the digital sector.
  • Excellent working knowledge of major social media channels.
  • Proactive and highly organised, with strong time management and planning skills, meticulous attention to detail and a proven ability to multi-task.
  • Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and remain calm under pressure.
