JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimise statistical efficiency and quality
- Develop algorithms for retention and acquisition strategies
- Interpret data, analyse results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports in format useful for business decisions
- Work with management to prioritise business and information needs
- University degree in one of the following areas: Mathematics,Economics,Computer science , Statistics on any other related field
- Proven working experience as a data analyst or business data analyst
- Strong knowledge of SQL and statistics languages ( R, Python )
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong technical knowledge and experience of applying analytical and modelling technique to provide insights to business issues
- Excellent numerical and organisational skills
