The position:
We are looking for passionate and self-motivated professionals to join our Customer Care team.
The main responsibilities of the position include:
- Reviewing client documents for KYC purposes
- Communicating with clients for additional documents that may be required for the validation process
- Handling client email requests for account verification
- Following up and being up to date with relevant internal procedures
- Acting in the best interest of the company at all times and cooperating with the Customer Care and other departments to deliver high standards of customer service
- Effectively communicating with the Compliance department when needed
- Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Performing other related tasks as required
Main requirements:
- Degree in a business-related field
- Experience in a similar position will be a plus
- Excellent oral and written skills in English
- Strong attention to detail
- Outstanding communication and client handling skills
- Hard working and able to cope under pressure
- Excellent computer literacy
- Valid work permit required
