Logistics Offier is required for the following:

• Provide all support required to Logistics Manager
• Reply to client queries and answer customer phone calls/emails where and as required
• Liaising with oshore associates/manufacturers/suppliers/clients/employees worldwide
• Monitoring on-line orders and making sure that all orders are promptly attended to Immediately resolve any client problems or complaints
• Schedule meetings , appointments, conference calls Serve as the point person for oce manager duties (Maintenance, Mailing, Bills, Errands etc)
• If required to ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time Manage contract and negotiations with our partners
• Provide general support to other employees Assist in the onboarding process for our team
• Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks where and as required that may dier from the day-to-day operations based on the needs of the group

Basic Requirements:

• Hold EU passport
• Excellent oral and written English
• Fluent Russian
