Requirements:
- Excellent Knowledge of English Language both written and oral is Necessary.
- University /College or other Degree in a relevant field.
- At least one year previous experience in Retention in a regulated financial services company is considered an advantage.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide training to clients on the use of the Company’s products.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction, professional communication.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients via phone, email.
