Assistance with bank accounts opening with local and foreign banks including filling in, updating banking forms, answering various requests related to KYC procedures
· Liaising with Cyprus and International banks on behalf of the clients
Assistance and preparation of bank payments reports for Group companies, including data updating and control over Group companies
Being responsible for maintaining accurate KYC/ AML due diligence records on new and existing counterparts
Debtors, Creditors ,Loans balances reconciliation for Group companies
Liaising , communication with local and foreign counterparties, corporate administrators, auditors, lawyers and etc.
Participation in administrative tasks - preparation , review, filing, of contracts, invoices, ,letters and other documents
Review of the final drafts of loan agreements to be signed by the clients and check of accuracy of balances noted
Other supporting secretarial duties – printing, scanning, documents dispatch and other
Control over the circulation of documents
Assistance with day to day accounting operations of Group companies
Other Reporting preparation to company management
Performing other duties upon the request of management
Knowledge of Russian language is MUST
Excellent fluency, reading & writing in English
Relevant degree from higher education instituton
Practical knowledge of banking transactions and back office operations
Practical experience in dealing with corporate documents of Cyprus and foreign Companies
Understanding of accounting transactions and willingness to develop accounting skills
Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Power Point )
Good analytical skills
Currently staying in Cyprus and eligible to work in Cyprus
Patience and readiness to correct and follow up on various matters, including long-term
Able to organize and manage time and staff under management efficiently and effectively
