Job Description

Our client, a Cypriot investment firm, is seeking to recruit a motivated Customer Support representative – German speaking, for their offices in Limassol. The ideal candidate will have excellent commutation skills and fluency in the german language.

Job Responsibilities

• Effectively handle new and existing clientele and provide customer support via chat, phone and emails
• Efficiently handle administrative tasks of the business unit and provide internal support to the sales team
• Effectively resolve complaints
• KYC and onboarding of clients
• Work towards building and maintaining a positive relationship with clients by providing a highquality customer service
• Other ad hoc projects

Requirements

• Degree in Business/Economics/Finance or any other relevant field or linguistics will be considered an advantage
• One year of experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage
• Native English speaker or holder of GSCE in English language or similar qualification
• Fluent in German
• Proficient in MS Office, computer literate
