The Role
The person to be appointed will report to the Manager. The key duties shall include the extensive support of the following:
• MS Windows Servers, terminal services, MS Exchange
• VM Ware, MS Office suite
• Application software such as Backup and Anti virus solutions
• Hardware troubleshooting of servers, Desktops, Laptops
• Networking with LAN and WAN technologies
• On-site and Remote support of customers.
• Communication with Suppliers/manufacturers for technical assistance

The Requirements
The successful candidate must have the ability to meet tight deadlines, be self-motivated and maintain high levels of productivity with minimal supervision.
The required qualifications are as follows:
• University Degree in IT, Telecommunications
• 2-3 Years of experience in similar position
• Be fluent in both verbal and written Greek and English.


Any Certifications or Knowledge of MS SharePoint, SQL, Citrix, Cisco networks, will be considered an advantage.
