Limassol
A middle-management position which encompasses both front and back office functions. In part dealing with clients to build relationships and delivering excellent customer service and follow-up, in part planning and monitoring various consulting projects, it will also involve the development and delivery of training material as well as the related logistical and administrative tasks.
Candidate Profile
The suitable candidate must display all or most of the requirements below:
- Bachelor’s degree in a Business-related field (MBA is a plus)
- 4 to 5 years of previous working experience
- Excellent command of English, fluency in Arabic (French is a plus)
- IT savvy, ability to navigate various platforms, ability to liaise with developers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong presenting and reporting skills
- Training skills (holding a Train-the-Trainer certificate is a plus)
- Ability to build relationships
- Sense of urgency and desire to achieve
- Attention to detail and follow up
- Self-disciplined, able to work remotely
- Willingness to travel frequently
The job is based in Limassol, Cyprus; however, the candidate may also be based in Beirut, Lebanon with regular and frequent trips to the Head Office.
