CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an established International Regulated Investment Firm with offices in Limassol we are seeking to recruit a highly organised and capable Senior Trading Operations Officer to join their expanding team of professionals.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Investigating trading issues.
- Monitoring trading servers.
- Improving the monitoring system.
- Managing trading server’s configuration.
- Automating the processes and procedures.
- Writing reports for the Senior Management.
- Mentoring the team members.
- Writing documentation on the internal procedures and software.
- Testing new setups/products.
- Create a positive client experience.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Degree in IT.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Good understanding of Forex and CFD's market.
- Experience in System Administration (Windows Server, Command line tools).
- Metatrader 4/5 knowledge is a must.
- Good mathematical skills and advanced experience in Excel.
- Ability to investigate the issue and quickly find the solution.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Proactive and initiative.
- SQL knowledge is a must.
- Scripting languages knowledge (PowerShell, Python).
- Understanding of Agile methodology.
- Experience in working with Jira/Confluence.
- C# knowledge will be considered an advantage.
- Ability to work in shifts.
- Be able to work under pressure.
- Fluency in English.
