1999-2001 - 26-month military service.
4 months training at The Infantry Officer School in Crete, attaining rank of Second Lieutenant, taking on responsibilities of a Platoon Leader. Later on joining the Green Beret Special Forces and spending 5 months training in KEAP, Rendina in Thessalonica, Greece. While in the army, acquired experience in accounting by having the responsibility (amongst other duties) of the finances of the camp’s canteen. Also spent 3 additional months as a trainer of the newly recruited soldiers of the Special Forces.
2002 – Global Capital.
Worked for a short period of time for Global Capital, a company involved in investment banking, in Nicosia, Cyprus. Given the responsibilities of basic office work and assistance to the head of the Marketing Department. Also attained IT skills including Microsoft Excel.
