Assistance for the beneficiaries in the implementation of the financed projects within the grant schemes (2002-2004), including:
Advising in VAT exemption procedures, in the preparation of the tender documents for works, services and supplies, tender evaluation, technical and financial monitoring of implementation;
Check beneficiaries’ interim and final technical and financial reports and elaboration of recommendations for payment to PIU and CFCU;

Contribute to the preparation of monthly-progress reports on technical assistance;
Responsible for evaluation, monitoring and assistance for contracting and procurement for 56 projects implemented in the RICOP Region 4; advise the grantees in any activities related to preparation of tendering and evaluation process, contract Addenda, Notifications, etc.
