WORK EXPERIENCE

Gates Power Transmission Ltd 05/04/2004 - Present

I am currently employed as an HR Assistant. My main duties are: -

- To provide an administrative service to the Human Resources department
- Maintenance of Employee Database (Vizual Personnel Manager)
- Preparation and checking of all Hourly Paid payroll information with some corresponding analysis and reporting
- Sourcing, administration and evaluation of all training courses
- Maintenance of all employee training records
- Also included is weekly input of all absence as well as the supervision and monitoring of all absence statistics in particular hourly paid database which enables Management to monitor and review absence situation on a regular basis as well as providing employees and payroll with payment bands for Company Sick Pay Scheme
- Provide information to external enquiries as well as ensuring payments are made to external bodies i.e. CSA, Court Orders and Trade Union

I also work closely with the Secretary to the Director of Factory Operations to ensure maximum versatility in some of the key activities is maintained at all times.
