work:communicates with the community team to obtain collateral history, gathers information
from relatives who accompany the patient to infirmary, present nursing observations for
hospitalized pacient, provide direct pacient services such as first aid to ill and injured taking vital
signs collecting blood and performing others authorized medical procedures, ensure treatments
and procedures are completed, ensure that patients are aware of, understands and is involved in
their treatment plan, provide an explanation of and ensure patients understanding of rights and
responsibilities, administer prescribed medication, and PRN medication, administer injection
treatments(intramuscular, intravenous medication )and
immunizations(hepatitis,tuberculosis,tetanus, antiviral), monitoring of blocks food, food samples ,
cooks and kitchen stuff hygiene inspection on daily basis, management of drugs and medical
materials for infirmary.
