DVDPRO:
• My job title for DVDPRO was Assistant Manager. This role included face-to-face customer service, cash handling, keeping the store organized, clean and tidy, handling complaints, customer service, answering telephones, opening and closing the store, making delivery orders, stock control, training staff, working in a team and helping customers. It could become hectic and involved very hard work to keep the store organized and not to keep the customers waiting. I learnt to handle cash confidently with this job and a lot of new skills that I will be able to apply in future jobs.

I have 5 GCSE’S, English (A), Greek (A), Economics (B), Math (C), and Accounting (B). I also took external computing exams (ECDL) and learnt how to use: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and basic office skills.

I am a fast learner and enthusiastic about my jobs. I follow orders and work well in a team and also by myself. I am very organized and work well under pressure.
