• Responsible for screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate, Also deal with incoming email, faxes and post, with correspondence and writing letters, Produced documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations and responding to inquiries, giving directions to Center, providing comprehensive secretarial and clerical support to center staff and management as a BRANCH AND TEAM LEADER


• Preparing the assembly of final layouts for printing and provided graphic design and art direction for a variety of products using AutoCAD, 3d Max including, plans, Section, Elevation, reports, brochures, application forms, exhibit displays, maps, presentations, and slide shows and fully controlling and handling of all document such as contract drawings, tenders, reports, certificates, submittals as a GRAPHIC DESIGNER


• Controlling department as a leader and assisting for head of management and handled and preparing of B.O.Q.,Tenders, Quotation and Inquiries and coordinating with all sites and project managers and Managing Directors. And daily progress of the works handling and managing.

• Direct dealing with the Customers, Sub contractors, and suppliers.


• Handling all Employee Documents for HR Division as a HR assistance and Payroll Documents, Salary and time sheet documents for the Account Section and entering all requirements data as a DATA ENTRY OPERATOR. (Having a Very Good Typing Speed)


• Responsible for coordinating and producing of a variety of graphics products and services as a GRAPHIC DESIGNER specially related to marine sector such as Floating Marinas, Club Houses, Buildings, Garden Plans, Breakwaters, Island …etc. Also activity in reviewing layout and suggesting improvements as needed.
