Highly experienced in procedures for installing, configuring, upgrading, troubleshooting and repairing applicable software, hardware and peripherals, familiar with HP, Dell, Compaq, Acer, brand, board level. Excellent in customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Almost 10 years IT experience, with emphasis on desktop / Client Support areas.
• Proficient with the Microsoft products environment and good knowledge and understanding of the network infrastructure and protocols such as TCP/IP, HTTP and others.
• Good experience in gathering requirements, finding/recommending solutions and documenting the whole process.
